Working alongside our Director of Product & Merchandise Planning, you’ll take the reins of our lingerie design direction, leading a fierce team of creatives to deliver collections that are luxurious, seductive, and undeniably HB. From first sketch to final fit, you’ll oversee every detail; owning the design process, setting the tone for global trends, and pushing boundaries with every launch. You’ll drive innovation, evolve our product offering, and shape what’s next, all while mentoring the next generation of HB creatives. This is more than a design role,it’s your moment to lead, disrupt, and define the future of luxury lingerie on a global stage. Key Responsibilities Lead the creative direction and product strategy for all lingerie categories to drive global growth. Head a talented design team, ensuring all creations meet Honey Birdette's premium standards. Approve colour palettes and trend directions, keeping the brand at the forefront of global fashion. Drive innovation and launch of new product categories aligned with brand strategy. Collaborate with global suppliers and manufacturers to bring luxurious designs to life. Run range reviews and sign off on samples that meet both aesthetic and margin targets. Partner closely with the Technical Design team to ensure perfect fit and on-time launches. Guide and grow the design team through hands-on leadership and succession planning. Attend fittings and approve storyboards to bring collections from concept to reality. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure every collection is delivered to the highest standard, on time. Your Sweet Spots (About You) 10 years’ experience in a Fashion industry role specific to Lingerie or Swim design Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accredited course in Fashion/Contour Fashion. Exceptional creative design skills, category management, and option planning. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. Moderate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Demonstrated experience coaching andleading a larger team of creatives Experience in design, category management, financial skills, technical construction, patternmaking, fit.
